Really great app, but...
Okay so this app, has helped me in so many ways, it’d be too mich to describe.I use this app side by side with this one Yoga center that I go to, and their effects are miracles, as long as you have the drive and willpower to muscle through the often rigorous excersice. ANYWAY, NOW TO THE POINT! Now that update 1.1.1 is out, every time I enter “One Minute Change” the app blocks my access thru an
un-exitable notification urging me to update the app.., but you can’t... Though, you guys (the developers) have the description of the update on the update history list, you guys haven’t actually added the option to update yet..., which, is a huuuge problem.. Anyway, I really appreciate this app, plz fix the issue soon.

I really love how there's a video to guide & motivate me through each minute of exercise, and it helps to boost my energy & brain power as I go about my day.
Best part is when I shared it with my 72 year old mom, she found it was easy to follow & wanted to do more!
I'm looking forward to seeing more exercises added to this app!
Love this app! Been using it to complement my regular training and to get me off my bottom when i Am feeling stuck to my chair. Realizing how easy it is to get stuck in “zombie” mode. This app helped me by reminding me, its time to get up and get moving! #1 cause of death in the US.... heart disease... we don’t move enough, so let’s get moving !
