Zero Stars!!! Negative rating
This new design is the most ridiculous app I’ve ever come across. Its even worse than my credit union and they are a small bank. The design looks like it was made by a child, it has zero functionality. It just lets you make a payment that’s it!! The contact us button lets you send a message but you don’t even know who its going to. I’ve paid my bill and its still showing a balance for a date that has already past. The money has been taken out of my account. With the amount of interest you are making off of everyone’s loan you would think you would be able to hire someone who can develop a decent app.
Update my balance and due date!
It has now been 10 days since I made a payment and it is still showing I owe my bill and the incorrect amount. This is very frustrating! I like to log in frequently on things I owe to make sure my payments have posted and my balance is going down correctly. There is no way to see this because every time I log in It is still saying I own my bill. Makes me feel like you took my money but didn’t credit it correctly! With technology now days this isn’t hat hard to accomplish! Please update your online stuff and the app!
It needs help
App isn’t to bad but for one it’s 2017 add fingerprint log in... and two PLEASEEEEE after you guys receive a payment REMOVE the amount due instead of leaving it there ... every single time I log in I think I didn’t pay my bill and it’s annoying ... once you receive a payment it should say amount due 0 not what you have to pay
