Hate latest update. Old version was quick and condensed. Now it's all spread over the screen and in 5 swipes, gives less info than previous apps. You can no longer look at a 14 day average on home page, they replaced it with last reading, which is directly above the last reading. I nominate the individual who came up with that idea and who approved it for the "head farthest up the rectum" award.

Must have been designed by a sensitivity group ad far has how the app "feels" in hopes of updating its 1 1/2 star ratings as before.

In this app, they missed basic functionality updates like health kit. Verio will only write blood glucose and not read any data from the health app. Like carbs and exercise.

Instead, they wasted man-hours to add the feature of "use touch to login". How worthless is that? If I'm in a diabetic coma, I want my healthcare provider to be able to see my blood sugar readings.

Please make useful updates. Like select date range for email or text. Not assume that I want to send each individual reading. Why not complete day or complete week?

It's crapware, but my insurance will only buy this brand of test strips. And rather than having to buy a $30 cable for a $10 meter. I went with the Bluetooth option.

No longer unhappy with new App

Since I was pretty critical of the new 3.0 app in my review below, it's only fair that I report favorably about the 3.1 release. Bluetooth response is MUCH improved now and the pull-down feature to initiate the transfer works wonderfully well. Thanks for listening.

I've been using Accu-Chek meters and accessories for 20 years when my new health plan denied that brand so I switched over to the One Touch Reveal system. I was absolutely pleased with this system. The blue tooth connection between meter and the iPad app was sensational. Then you guys created a new app.

Not so fast. The new One Touch Reveal app is confusing and blue tooth connectivity is not nearly as good as the previous app. I'd like to go back to the previous app. Is that possible?

Let's go back 2 versions

Hate all the improvements. Not certain who you created this version for (perhaps for statistical/research) but you certainly forgot who is the customer.

It is such a disappointment with smaller print and less friendly reporting. Prior to these upgrades I could be in another part of my home and the program could pick up the meter readings. Now I must lay the meter next to the iPad for it to update. (No not a battery issue--batteries were changed/new)

As soon as my supply of test strips is low I will find a new meter from a different company. Your product is the most expensive for supplies but the new "improvements" are not making it user friendly and worth the cost. Certainly not value added and now worth the overall cost. It's such a shame. You shouldn't have tinkered with it
