A few bugs
Two things that could be fixed:
First, the screen flips upside down during the initial loading. this causes the play and shop buttons to remain in place but appear inverted. It dose fix after rotating and re-rotating the device.
Second, during one touch (beginner) mode, the hero runs to the last place on the screen I touch after beating a level. This happened to grab a ice spell and reset my 100 some axes that I had saved from the previous level.
Thank you for an amazing game!
Good but needs a few improvements
I bought this game because of it's similarity to Gauntlet, which I used to love playing in the arcade as a kid, and while it's nowhere near as awesome as Gauntlet was, it's still a pretty fun retro-style dual stick shooter. However, the are a few improvements that could make this game a lot better: 1) The music is ridiculously bad. If this is the best the dev can come up with, then there needs to be a way to turn it off without muting the sounds. 2) The battlefields could use some walls to hide or get trapped behind. 3) More characters to choose from, each with it's own powers. 4) Online multiplayer. 5) Endless survival mode.
I like it
Yes the game is short and Yes the game is missing a few things, but the game is free and I enjoyed every minute playing it.
I look forward to some new content added!
Problems I found:
1. If you click fight you cant go back if you want to look at the shop.
2. If your orientation is locked, the touch controls are on the opposite side. To fix just unlock screen rotation and the game works great.
