Open Gym workouts are comprised of full body, functional movements, using only your bodyweight. There is no equipment necessary, meaning the workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home, in the park during your lunch break, on the beach while on vacation, and everywhere else.

The program is inclusive of all genders, ages, and fitness levels. There is no required fitness level to join, meaning you are welcome here, even if you have never exercised before!

Easy and Effective

My husband and I are crushing our goal to workout more in 2019 with the help of Open Gym! This app is soo easy to use, and allows us to do a workout without having to leave our home and doesn’t leave us with an excuse to skip because our workout equipment isn’t readily accessible, because they are all body weight exercises! We started using this app on January 1st and are already seeing some awesome results! We love that there is great variety in the workouts each day and the multiple muscle groups that are incorporated in the workouts! We look forward to continuing to work on our fitness goals with Open Gym!

Videos too short

For each daily workout there’s a video less than one minute, demonstrating each type of workout to do shown in a few seconds. In addition, there’s a summary and list of the workouts for the day.

If you’re not familiar with each type of workout it’s hard to complete your daily workout without being frustrated navigating through the video. I have to rewind back to the start of the workout I’m trying to do since I’m not sure if my form is correct. Since each example of the workout is a few seconds. So I’m wasting more time rewinding and pausing, and losing focus is the workout.

Great concept but this doesn’t really help me workout.

Open Gym review

Testing out this fancy, 100% free holiday special and it’s awesome—just what I need to get my body back in gear throughout the holiday season. This program provides easy access to quick, full body workouts that make me feel accomplished in 20 minutes or less. I recommend this to everyone who wrongly believes they need to be working out 24/7 in order to see results; give it 20 minutes, you’ll see what I mean!
