Amazing

I learn a new exercise every day!

Eliminates the need for a personal trainer

I always hated paying for a personal trainer. They're expensive and make me uncomfortable. Optimize Fitness gives me confidence in the gym through detailed workout instructions and as a fitness tracker. This fitness app is great whether you want to lose weigh, gain muscle, train harder or just get the perfect summer body. The AI (artificial intelligence) algorithm always keeps thing fresh. Would defiantly recommend to anyone.

AI fitness: YES!

I like the idea of using an AI fitness app to replace a personal trainer. I now use the app as both my workout builder and fitness tracker. Even if you’ve never done personal training before, the app makes circuit training easy and non-intimidating. I would recommend giving it a try whether you are looking for a weight loss tool, or trying to gain muscle as an athlete.
