If only it would sync consistently...

The title sums it up. I’ve used the app for years because, as you’ve heard, there is no app that better represents the Franklin Planner. The ONLY problem I have, which is a major one and as many other people share, is it doesn’t sync consistently. Therefore, I can only use it on my iPad, which is ok, but not close to ideal. I have a low level of confidence that I won’t lose my data, although I never have lost any. I back up multiple times per day. If only they could fix the sync issue, this app would be 10 stars.

As for customer service, I have had very good experiences with them. I have always recived good follow up but if the sync function worked properly, I would never need to talk with them.

BTW, I do print out my historical pages and save them….just for added peace of mind.

Not quite what I was looking for.

I liked the simplified look of Opus Domini, so I thought I would give it a try. The tab layout was nice and made it easy to get to each page. For me however, I just found it to be too simple. Within a couple days I realized that I needed a planner to do much more than this to keep my busy schedule and tasks in order. I have ended up buying a different product at a higher price with a lot more flexibility and bells and whistles. I never had any problem with syncing between my devices and think this might be good for a college student, stay at home parent, or someone without a lot of diverse tasks and scheduling needs.

Literally completely useless right now

It has developed some sort of flaw where it autocorrects any change I make or type (I’ve tried deleting/completing a task from last week a thousand times, and it insists on keeping it), or my typing in the Notes section — must remain whatever was there at any given time. Something about some syncing with something somewhere must have made it that it won’t let me change anything and keeps correcting any change. Within a couple of minutes after my writing something down, I’ll go back and it just disappeared. This is annoying, unnerving, and just makes me know that this app is undependable. Unacceptable from an app where I paid for it.
