If only it would sync consistently...

The title sums it up. I’ve used the app for years because, as you’ve heard, there is no app that better represents the Franklin Planner. The ONLY problem I have, which is a major one and as many other people share, is it doesn’t sync consistently. Therefore, I can only use it on my iPad, which is ok, but not close to ideal. I have a low level of confidence that I won’t lose my data, although I never have lost any. I back up multiple times per day. If only they could fix the sync issue, this app would be 10 stars.

As for customer service, I have had very good experiences with them. I have always recived good follow up but if the sync function worked properly, I would never need to talk with them.

BTW, I do print out my historical pages and save them….just for added peace of mind.

Not quite what I was looking for.

I liked the simplified look of Opus Domini, so I thought I would give it a try. The tab layout was nice and made it easy to get to each page. For me however, I just found it to be too simple. Within a couple days I realized that I needed a planner to do much more than this to keep my busy schedule and tasks in order. I have ended up buying a different product at a higher price with a lot more flexibility and bells and whistles. I never had any problem with syncing between my devices and think this might be good for a college student, stay at home parent, or someone without a lot of diverse tasks and scheduling needs.

Finally had to delete it

I had been a steday user of this app since 2012….. But the inability of this app to sync consistantly and reliablly have forced me to delete it. I just can’t justify another year of constant syncing problems and worrying if I will loose data. Which I have many times. If you only intend on using this app on just the iPad or the MAC then its a good fit for Franklin Covey paper users who want to go digital. My work flow has me using both MAC and iPad and I must have an app that will keep data in sync at all times…..
