Too many steps to do one simple thing
This new app complicates too many things. The last app made a simple transfer from one account to the other so easy and now this new app forces you to go from one page to 2 other pages before committing to an action. Also another major nuisance is not being able to see when your due dates are for certain loans where they used to be visible from the home page now you have to click on the account >> click on top right circled “i” icon>> scroll to the very bottom >>> then view when your due date is. It isn’t hard but it’s definitely not convenient. While this new app is sleeker it’s definitely not better than the old one.
This “update” is a huge step backwards. The previous iPad app worked great and was easy to use. Paying bills used to be quick and easy (receive email bill notice, take two minutes to pay on iPad). This app is very complicated to use and takes several steps to do simple steps. Along the steps there are places with no indicators as to what to press to proceed. The new web app is just as bad. With the old apps I only needed to use the web app for some filtered reports. The new web app doesn’t work at all on my iPad browser. I would give this a minus 5 stars if I could.
New version is CRAP!
This new app is crap. Literally.
Bring back the old one.
With this new one, if you are using an iPhone they took away the widget that’ll tell you your balance. The log in take forever and a day and if it doesn’t log you in, it’ll just crash. It’ll show your transactions but won’t show you the balance remaining from the transaction. The whole transferring money is a lot more difficult especially if you are transferring to a linked account. Over this app is crap. I hate it. Bring back the old one or update this new one with a whole new revamp.
