Since iOS 8 the photos are ordered automatically with location, date and time, but what about photos saved not from the stock camera app?
This is the only app available to manually adjust location, date and time of you iCloud Photo Library!

A must have app in the age of iCloud Photo Library
Now that you can have ALL your photos across ALL your devices, wouldn’t it be nice if you could find that special one easily, from amongst the 10s of thousands you’re syncing? Photos app makes that easy: you can actually search by place name, amongst other things. But your photos need place tags.
That’s where Organizer comes in: you can effortlessly attach place information to all your photos. Those beautiful shots with your DSLR: tagged. Those shots with the cheap point and shoot: tagged. You can even lift location information from an iPhone photo (which is usually already tagged) and place that information onto other photos.
Great app, great interface. Considered holding a star for ransom, in exchange for an iPad version, but this app is too good.

Somehow a group of pictures ended up on my phone with 2049 as date, so they always were in recents, and showed up first.
Always had to scroll past them to find recent shots to share or post.
Found this terrific, simple, flexible app that needed just a few clicks to fix a year of frustration.
Also, in recent trip to Peru, I turned off location services to save battery life. So pictures were not fro tagged. In fact, apple helpfully tagged them afterwards based on picture, showing Inca walls to be in the South Pacific. (Two cultures, same technology- will be a blog for a different day) - snap to use Organizer to select them, and add proper tag in seconds.
There are other apps that can show meta data, but require purchase to change the data.
This app is fast, simple, easy and effective.
Ps. Developer has a "tip jar" to allow donations, at various levels, rather than force you to pay. I gladly tipped for it!

I've tried at least 10 other apps that supposedly edit exif data and none of them work as well as this app. This app is very simple to use and understand. It also edits videos which no other app does. If you need to edit the dates and location of your photos and video, look no further as this will do it all.
