First off, I have tried many apps like this one. And I love this one in comparison. However, it keeps crashing lately. Also, just a suggestion.. I have multiple health issues. And with each one is multiple symptoms. I might have symptoms with my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome one day and the next it’s a different array of symptoms. I also have Fibromyalgia and Scoliosis. Once you create a journey, it seems you cannot go back and add more pain symptoms of any kind. You just update them? So that would mean creating many journeys titled CFS for me haha. Also, I created another journey while trying to figure out what to do, and I cannot delete it.
These are merely suggestions. I love your app so far. Thank you!

Love the concept however as I mentioned in a previous review.. If you have several conditions with several different symptoms throughout different days.. This is odd. I can only put in one symptom really for my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. But it might change throughout the day. I might not have one issue at the beginning of the day but have it in the afternoon. And you cannot add it from what I understand. Only update. So I guess I’m just confused. I also have Fibromyalgia and Scoliosis. So I am unsure if I need multiple journeys or what.

Anyway. It is also crashing a lot. Almost every time I try to do something. Please fix! Love it.

Hi and thank you for the feedback. We're so happy that you're enjoying Ouchie! Hopefully the crashing you have experienced was resolved with newer versions of the app that were recently released. Also, thank you very much for the suggestions! In your scenario, we'd recommend creating one pain journey for each condition, and then update these journeys as often as you'd like. Lastly, please email for assistance with editing or deleting journeys - though the app currently does offer the ability to 'End' a journey! (as opposed to deleting it completely.) We're always here for you and happy to help! Thank you again for this review.

Ouchie is the only chronic pain tracker I’ve found that has an amazing community, as well as such an easy to follow update system and great brief articles. They do have some bugs and changes coming to the app but they are so responsive to email! It took them less than a day to get back to an issue I was having, and they worked to get it fixed right away. I know they listen to feedback from the community, which means they make changes based on our needs. Absolutely amazing app!
