A good idea but needs work

The app does work but is somewhat cumbersome. The video stops if you move the Iphone away from the page. It would be nice if you could reposition the iPhone after the video starts because its kinda hard to hold that way.
I got two articles to work but I couldn't get the one with the horses to work no matter what I did. Perhaps a little target to start the video would help. Like a little badge in the corner of the picture.

Very Cool App!

It worked for me almost instantly. Don't know if it's because I had an iPad (2nd generation). I read one of the previous tips and it did work... before you remove your device off the page double tap your screen to re-orient the video.

I could see this type of app going beyond just viewing videos from a magazine.

There's a trick to making the videos play while moving the phone from the page. Focus the camera on the page/icon, allow the video to start playing, double tap the screen so the video image re-orients itself, and you should be able to watch regardless of where you hold the phone. This worked for me for all but one of the videos. Still a pain. Seems like a pointless oversight.
