Book your appointments, keep count of your inventory, keep track of client information and formulas, online booking, text and email appointment confirmations, you can book through your Facebook page, and you can process payments (using PayPal here). It’s perfect. And what makes it even better is the customer service. There is always a quick response. I’ve used this app since 2013, and it keeps getting better.
Makes life so much easier!
Well I had been looking for an appointment app for quite a long time and checked all I could find. Got really good at finding glitches within them or things that did not flow well. This is the first app that works great. It is more than an app it is a full appointment service and pos system. I have been using it for about almost three years now. It great, it synchs all my apple devices together. They connect with you through email if I have a problem and always respond within a short period of time. I have only had to email them only a couple of times and nothing major. They have updates but usually are not a problem and usually makes it even better not worse. If you use the free version it will work great but the full paid version just makes it better. Sending text and reminders to your client and many other things you do to build your business. The price is so much better than most services I have tried out. I suggest you check it out and find out all it can do for you. Beware of some service. Some services do not tell you when you stop subscribing to there service there is no way to download your info to able to keep your info. I am sure this one will answer all your needs.
Perfect app for any business
I have been searching for an app for my salon appointments. This app is very user friendly.. Has customer database that you can search and access everything about them, including their appointments when the customer calls and forgets when their appointment is. Easy access to move an appointment. Easily set each service with time allowed for each one. Even has 15 minute increments. No chance of overbooking. If you need to do a service in between a color you would be able to customize but would take a little more steps to complete. This might be a problem for people who need that feature. You can easily change your hours for any particular day and also duplicate your hours from week to week. I would say the only downfall in this app is I would prefer if the customer list was in alphabetical order but really not a big deal. It is designed more for multiple employees but works great for just yourself.. Would be a perfect app if there was a space to write a note in the customer database... Example, being able to write the formula for color or info on the perms that could be accessed by clicking on their name. Would be helpful no matter what business this app is being used for.
