No Touch ID?
When the app last updated, there was briefly an option for Touch ID on the login screen. Now it's gone. It still says there was login enhancements in the last update, but I'm not seeing them. This app would be much easier to use if I didn't have to manually enter my password every time I want to use it.
Can’t log on with App
I can login using the browser but it doesn’t recognize my credentials on the app. Super frustrating since the app would be faster and more convenient.
This app is good enough if you're only going to use it if you need some simple quick account info but needs major some work! Once you're logged in if you try switching to another app (like a check book app), it essentially kicks you out and makes you log in and start over again immediately! I'm not saying that it shouldn't time out, but a grace period of up to 5 minutes would be nice. Even the website doesn't time out if you're inactive for just a few minutes. Also, you can't see the account balance with every transaction like you can on the website and that matters when you're keeping a ledger of your transactions and want to make sure everything matches up! Honestly, I had uninstalled the app for those reasons and just reinstalled it to see if this app had changed or been improved but it hasn't so it's being deleted again...
