We’ve updated our video player to improve your in-app viewing experience. Think of this as your new 50-yard-line seat at the Rose Bowl, or court-side views at the Final Four. It's faster than a Payton Pritchard fast break, and as smooth as a Kyla Ross dismount.

Streams not Stable - useless for Live Sports
The current state of streaming with this app makes watching sports unbearable. Constant freezing, skipping, and buffering would be bad on any platform, but trying to follow a live game with these issues is impossible. To make matters worse, the app will actively ignore attempts to rewind ~30 seconds in hopes that the delay will improve the stream stability.
This issue is not experienced with any other apps we use on our home WiFi - even other live sports streaming apps. This is not a user bandwidth issue, it is a stream stability issue. The issues persist on local streams (iPad, iPhone, MacBook) as well as Airplay to Apple TV. They claim in the latest update that airplay issues are fixed - not for us, at least.
Until this app improves on these crippling issues, it exists on out devices solely as a reminder that we should be viewing all sports in our living room on a cable box like it’s 2006.

That sounds like a frustrating experience, and we're sorry about that. Could you please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org which game(s) you were trying to watch? More details would be really helpful in troubleshooting the stream. Thanks for your patience!
The app is broken. DEVELOPERS, FIX THIS
The application freezes constantly. I have my cable information already saved in my phone and in the app and it says it fails to confirm my information and suggests restarting the app. I press the song in button and nothing happens. I press the key in the top right and nothing happens. I go to settings and select the button that says “tv provider” and nothing happens. This app is severely broken. We pay ridiculously high cable prices to these thief’s and they can’t even use that money to making a working app. They should be ashamed of themselves. Everyone using this app deserves a refund for their cable subscription. They are not providing the service they promised and the service we pay for.

Everything I expected and one I didn’t.
Great app for following Pac-12 sporting events. Only issue I have is the most recent version of the app displays a message in the middle of the screen advising that I’m “viewing the app using airplay” when mirrored to a television. It is not a large type message and anywhere but the middle of the screen would be tolerable. Hopefully this is eliminated in a future update.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
