Use the sliders to make big changes and the (+)(-) buttons to refine. Tap on the numbers to get full control over the data. As you make changes your pace will update in real time.
This app will also give you your interval times for each mile / kilometer so you know what your time should be at each mile marker. If you are running shorter laps you can set a custom split frequency to get your time at each split. You can share your split table by email.

Lean & Mean
Does the one thing I need, and doesn't clutter things up with extra fluff I don't. I considered a few paid apps for the pace/speed/dist/time converter functions this offers for free, but found them overly complicated - "just give me all four variables and as I edit any the others update!" Additionally, the other apps had pre-ios7 skeuomorphic UIs... Eewwww. This one just gets it right, so it now sits right at the top of my 'fitness' app folder. Nice work!
Great pacing app. Plenty of options.
This app does everything I need it to do while trying to calculate pace, distance, time, or whatever combination I am working with. Looking to run a 5K, 100 miles or any other distance? You can calculate your splits and save or email them to yourself. Nothing better out there.
Hate the new update
I liked the old KISS interface...keep it simple sweetie. What was wrong with the old one...you simply entered your distance and your desired finish time and it gave you the pace you'd need to keep.
Now this grey on white is hard to read (maybe not for a 20 year old, but for this 50 year old it is). I don't like he sliding ruler. Ugh.
It works, I just like things that you can daily enter by tapping a keyboard, not scrolling or pushing the plus or minus sign.
