Developers please read

I completed the C25K app and did my first race. Purchased the rest of the series to train for a marathon next year. I love the app and it does work with one major flaw that I see people talking about constantly.

Please remove the fast forward and rewind buttons from the app when running. It doesn’t make sense to be there. Who is skipping through through the runs? We can just pause it and maybe have it hidden somewhere else. It’s bad enough we can’t close the screen because then you don’t get the notification and I can’t put it in my pocket because that would pause my race at some point. So I have to run with my phone in my hand.i then went to switch hands In the middle of a run and it fast forward to the cool down part. That then messes up my entire flow of running to try and correct before I just cut the app off. This is the second time I had a messed up flow due to the app. This is an easy fix.

Couch to 5K TO 5K Pacer

Ran my first 5K event January 1, 2017. Just finished my first 5K Pace session. Great app, great workout. I suggest doing Couch to 5K first; well if you are as out of shape as I was the Couch to 5K is a great start. I feel ready for this app. I thought I'd go to the 10K app, but I definitely need to improve my time before attempting a 10K an the 5K Pacer is the app to get me there. GREAT product, if you are ready to commit to getting into shape this is the app to get you there. I'm a heart patient with triple bypass surgery and I ran the entire 5K. Slow, but I did run it; what running is for me anyway, but working on that now with the pacer. Happy Running :-)


Excellent ongoing app

I started with the 5K app that got me to 35 minutes non-stop at a basic pace. Now this app is building off of that basis and introducing faster pace intervals. I will continue to use this as I up the pace multiple times in the future.

I'm 62 and shooting for a 25-minute 5K by the end of the year starting this year able to run about a 13-minute mile. With this app, I know I will accomplish my goal.
