Set and track daily health goals for habits that affect anxiety (exercise, sleep, caffeine, alcohol, etc.). Learn which of these trigger your anxiety based on patterns in your mood. Exercise, sleep and caffeine can also be populated using the Apple Health app.

Invaluable Tool, Constantly Evolving
Pacifica, especially the premium version, has been invaluable to my mental health. It’s got an array of tools for you to use daily, including mood trackers, meditations, health trackers, a hope board, thoughts, and goals. Each tool has a number of options to choose from, and it’s likely you’ll find at least one thing helpful to you and your situation. They also have guided paths, which are daily tools to help you change the way you think. In addition, they also have community boards and a chat feature, which supremely help to know you’re not alone and to be able to read what other people found helpful. Everything put together is a great resource for treating anxiety and depression. The free version is useful in itself, but I fell in love with the “guided paths” and wanted more out of it. The price of the app does not compare to the benefits I’ve received through consistent use of the app. One of the best parts is the involvement of one of the creators. He’s always on the boards addressing issues people are having with the app, and they do their best to keep everyone informed on what’s to come. They make updates and keep the app fresh. You can tell they care about the work they’re doing, and I’m happy to be a Pacifica user. Highly recommend you give the app a try if you experience anxiety or depression.
I want to buy the lifetime membership so badly because it’s clearly the better option and I know I will be using this app for much longer than a year or two but I don’t have the funds so for now I just use the monthly subscription but the way this app is intended and meant to be used is genius. clearly thought out,detail was put into the ability to analyze your thought process. Which is great for me because I am a huge over thinker and being able to detail out and have things able to be re-framed and restructured really helps me perceive all of the angles of a perceived problem. The chat room could use a little updating because there’s an incredible amount of lag but I would love to see them add in additional features as well. like being able to have a temporary friends list (like 3 keep it small) people that you meet through the chat rooms could be added on there and they could be your “mentor“ for a certain amount of time. That way people don’t start amassing huge friend lists like people do on Facebook. Or there needs to be a mentor bubble (I call the home screen the bubble screen) that allows you to directly message someone if you’re having an anxiety attack and need help faster than what the chat rooms can provide.
This app I have had for a year or more and just now really began to use it. I told my counselor about it which he told several clients about and they have used and really been very impressed with. I am so glad I have been able to assist others in recovery just by telling them about this app. Pacifica, you guys are amazing and have really changed my life. I suffer from several mental health issues and have had a brain injury when I broke my back. It is so important for us to live in this moment and not dwell on the past or future. I have learned so much about the human brain it's unbelievable. You get better at what u practice. Your brain will improve in so many aspects. Please use this app and change the way u live.
Response to the reply from the developers!! (Which is awesome btw) I will definitely work with him to get the tool set up for him to use. He will be extremely thrilled about the tool for him to connect with us through this app. I absolutely love it and can't really put in to words how much this app has changed my life. For the better of course. Completely different view on life and the way I react towards situations of all kind. Thanks so much! I will post again when we get it set up.
