Pretty darn great app...but not quite perfect
I've had Pandora installed for ages, but just recently started using it in earnest. What could I possibly have been waiting for? It's just a terrific app, and I'm thrilled with the selection it's putting in front of me.
There's one user interface problem I encounter regularly, though. It has to do with inadvertently hitting thumbs-down on a song. I wish there were a way to "un-unlike" a song. More often than It should happen, I find myself hitting thumbs-down too soon, not to mention accidentally when I leave the screen unlocked in my shirt pocket.
Sure, I can remove the negative rating, but I'd like to be able to go back and hear the song after that. It's easy to say that I should just be more careful, but that kind of undermines the benefit of being able to do away with unwanted songs quickly when that's really desired.
So while I can see the need to limit replays as part of the app, at least being able to return songs to the queue would be a great way to mitigate this kind of user error.
Pretty small quibble, though, and all in all, the pluses of Pandora far outweigh the minuses. Great app!
Pandora is the best
In my life I have had many types of apps that played music but non of them ever played the music that I liked. And if they did you had to bye or pay for the app or the station Whitch made your options limited. Then my friend told me about pandora and how it had a lot of stations and it was free. I didn't believe it at first but when I downloaded it I shall it was true and it became one of my favorite apps on my phone and I have tons of apps on my phone but having pandora kinda helped me get into more things and activities. I use to be lazy and a bit fat and didn't like to work out but I liked music but didn't like to download and buy it and I tryed apps and radio stations but they played the same thing over and over again. Then I got pandora from a friend telling me about it and I was able to listen to different types of songs and I started going on walks and going to the gym and I lost a lot of weight and now pandora is kinda part of my life and that's pretty much all I have to say. Pandora is the best!!
