Papa's back! But you're dead! If you want to get back to the world of the living you'll need a ticket to his Museum of Memory. Sean Bean (Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings) will show you the way…
At first I was hugely disappointed in this game. The only cues I got were when the sounds got a bit louder. Wandering aimlessly for way to long. I didn't understand all the hype. After trying papa 2 with the same results I almost gave up but decided to try The Nightjar (I'm impulsive and bought all 3 games based on the reviews) it was the same!! Don't know why but I decided to check the iPads settings and found that the mono switch was on (I didn't turn it on!) tried all 3 games again and all I can say is "wow!" The experience is as advertised. What a huge difference "stereo" makes. Highly recommended!!
Great game - One of best on iOS : latest update fixed issues with 3GS
An original and amazing experience. What this developer does with sound is breathtaking - creating an immersive and intense experience well worth the price of the apps. Highly recommend Papa Sangre 1 & 2. The Nightjar gives a more Scifi themed experience with sound. Recently picked up the sequel to enjoy more delving into the land of the dead.
I think the concept of the game is really good, also, for those that did not like the game, you must remember that it was meant to be sound-based , not a visual game. With that said, I think it is truly a work of art! Hats off to those developers! Keep up the great work! And as for the price, why not? Developers spend a lot of time working on these games, they should be appreciated more.
