PaperDesk is back

Just discovered that this app has been updated to resolve the iOS 8 issues so I re-downloaded it to my iPad Air 2 to try it out. It all seems to be working as before without crashing like it used to. I created a note, added text, added a drawing, erased the drawing only, made a recording, uploaded to dropbox. All without any issues. I used to use this app all the time until it became unusable with iOS 8. But now that it’s been fixed I’m glad PaperDesk is back.
The only problem I’ve found is that the link to the manual goes to an invalid URL.

Warning: DO NOT PURCHASE this app - no longer supported

iOS 9 was released on 9/16, but PaperDesk hasn't been updated yet. All it does is crash on opening. This seems to be the pattern: Each time there's a new iOS, the developers take a month or more usually to bring the app up to date.

There is no way to contact the developers except through their Facebook page, and I can't tell if those posts are even being read. No replies since 10/3. The developer webpage no longer exists.

I'm going to assume that this app is no longer actively supported, and start looking for a replacement. It doesn't matter how nice the feature set is if the developers can't keep up with iOS updates.

Update: the product's FB page reports that a fix is underway as of 10/3, but no ETA. The only action that they've taken since then is to disable visitor comments on the FB page.

Latest update: As of 11/16, the FB page was taken down. It seems that the company behind the app has ceased to do business.

Since IOS 9

Started using this app in the spring, and he was everything people said it was. Started making my own little composition books maiming them and keeping them work and iced in the sap I loved it. And I OS 8 it was the bomb!
Since iOS 9, it's basically just become useless. I can't open any of my folders because the app simply crashes. And it appears that dozens of other people are saying the exact same thing. iOS nine has now been out for several weeks. How many people does it take to complain before the app maker does something about it?
If I'm not mistaken this app was not free either?

Oh and another update, since I have turned on the syncing component to my dropbox, so I don't lose all of my notes the app now just crashes. Now I cannot even start the app and get into my files. I simply tap the app it opens for a second and crashes. Now it's totally useless,,, really?
Come on guys this is ridiculous get up-to-date! You've known about iOS 9 since July!
