PaperKarma is the easiest way to cut your paper waste — by taking photos! Simply pull out your phone and snap photos of the offending mail. PaperKarma will figure out what it is and how to stop it.

Features:
- If a company is sending you unwanted mail, we'll find them and remove your name/address from their mailing list.
- It's dead simple to use — just take a photo, tap "Unsubscribe," and you're set!
- Track the mail you've submitted, and watch as PaperKarma identifies and eliminates it.
- Learn what information PaperKarma finds about the senders.
- Watch as your paper waste goes down month by month.

How does it work?

Our system is simple. We've built a massive database of company information. When we identify your photo, we use this information to instantly submit a request on your behalf. If we don't know about the company already, our database discovers what we need to know automatically.

Customer Reviews

What is the other persons problem?

Unlike the two reviews below me, I understand that this is a service that needs paying for. I mean, there is a team of people working this behind the scenes; developers, marketing, someone who processes, accounting etc... it's not logical for it to a a completely free app cause it's a legit business. " I wouldn't sell my soul to the devil or recommend this to an enemy?" Hello! This place is creating jobs for some folks and that is a bad thing cause a few bucks is eating away at your soul to uncaring human beings? What the heck! How do some folks think the world works? All handouts!? It's not a high cost and the peace of mind is worth it, plus I get less credit requests that I am not worrying about having to pull out the shredder and ensure no one gets my info or fills it out for themselves. So far my mail has decreased significantly and I appreciate that. It's just bothersome to get so much freaking mail from companies wasting paper plus they flood my inbox and call. Talk about Gorilla marketing. Great app, makes life easier. That is what technology is all about.

No longer free and not worth $20

This app is awesome and I've happily used paper karma for a couple of years now and recommended it to countless people. But when I went to use it today, I got a message saying my 'free trial' (which I didn't know that's what I had for two years) is over and I can either 'like it' on FB for free or pay $20. I do not have a FB account and I do not think this app is worth anything close to $20 - or even worth activating my FB account again) And why should I pay $20 if FB users can still have it for free?? The fact that there was no warning for existing users or a reduced fee for their loyalty is disappointing. The app worked well most of the time but let's face it, it's not that hard to stop mail yourself so the $20 fee is just too unreasonable. I think brilliant ideas and developers deserve payment for what they do but the cost has to be realistic. This app isn't something people can't live without and will probably only use once a month or so if that. There also should've been a better approach to the transition from free to paid app so that you don't alienate a loyal fan base. I'll be deleting.

Love this app

What a great service (because I never open my mailbox that I don't say "quit killing trees for this junk!"). About the cost...I liked them on FB but would gladly pay $20 for the service. It is easy and fast. Now, regarding some of the previous complaints...if a company chooses to ignore a "stop sending" request how is that PaperKarma's fault? And, if you have a FB account and no money just 'like' them. If you don't have a FB account and are receiving that many catalogs and junk mail you've made some purchases somewhere and I'm sure could save up $20 to give them. If you are just a tightwad and want everything for free just don't use the app. But don't blame them for trying to run a business.
