The Pasadena Citizen Service Center iPhone app is designed to provide residents, businesses, and visitors with access to Pasadena City Hall, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. So next time you spot graffiti in your neighborhood, hit a pothole on your way to work, or notice an abandoned shopping cart on your street just use the Citizen Service Center to report it. Simply open the CSC app, select an issue, and tap submit. You can even include a picture if you like and your issue will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for investigation. You can also check back periodically to track the status of your requests.

I love this app. It makes it easy to report many types of issues to the city. From broken stop lights or street lights to pot holes or barking dogs, with a few keystrokes, you can report an issue to the right part of the city government. Your report includes the street address of the issue, its location on a map, an optional photo, your name, phone, and email address. Then - and this is really cool - the city sends you a thank you email and then sends another email when the issue is resolved. I have reported 16 issues in the last year, and they have been closed in 10 days or less. Some within 24 hours!

I have been using the app on and off for over a year, as an ordinary citizen with no ties to government. It works - the city has promptly addressed every problem I've reported, mostly problems with the streetscape - paving, lights, signs.
I wish one could upload more than one photo in a single report. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
