PathTracker is a logistics and workforce management software. The mobile application provides order management functionality to users and agents of companies registered with PathTracker.io.
To use follow the steps:
Please signup your organization for pathtracker.io delivery manager application. Login to pathtracker.io and add your field agents as assets through pathtracker.io. Generate activation token for asset (Agent Quick Overview -> [Select your Asset] -> Actions -> Generate activation token). Use company code (provided by pathtracker.io during signup) and activation code to sign-in your field agent application for first time.
You can then assign customer requests to agents and track them. Three way chat with agent, administrator and customer also possible. Also you can update the status of your delivery.
GPS data is shared periodically with your administrator and application uses internet.
Managers can also login with manager credentials to manage workforce.
