PatientReach Mobile gives patients a secure connection to their healthcare providers, with an easy-to-navigate interface. PatientReach Mobile offers convenient access to front desk services, giving patients simple tools for managing their healthcare right from their mobile phone.
As a patient, you can use PatientReach Mobile to:
- Send and receive HIPAA secure messages with your providers
- Manage your appointment schedules by viewing your appointment history, reviewing and confirming upcoming appointments, and scheduling new appointments
- View your invoice history and outstanding balance
- Make full or partial mobile payments
- Connect with your provider through social media and one-tap data entry
...all in the palm of your hand!
You can link multiple practices to your PatientReach Mobile application, (i.e. your primary physician, dentist, optometrist, and dermatologist can all be viewed on the main screen.)
Within the screen for each practice, you can tap to call, populate the office address into your phone’s Map application, and connect with the practice on Facebook or Twitter. You can also click to add the practice to your phone’s contact list.
The main screen for the practice features three key options: Secure Messaging, Appointments, and Balance Information. A notification will appear next to the clickable section if there are unseen notifications, like a reminder for an upcoming appointment, an unread secure message, or a past due payment.
You can also elect to have notifications pushed through your phone when you have an appointment, message, or payment reminder waiting for you.
With a secure sign-in, (completed via a 4-digit pin or Touch ID), the messaging section of the application allows you to send and receive HIPAA secure messages with your provider or their practice staff.
Clicking on a message thread takes you to a text-like conversation view for easy back and forth communication. Here, you are able to take photos, capture videos, or attach files. Your provider can also send files and images for you to view.
The appointment section of the application lets you view your appointment history, review details for upcoming appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, add appointments to your eCalendar, and schedule new appointments.
The balance information section of the application is where you can view your invoice history, as well as make payments for outstanding balances.
After entering the payment amount, you can quickly submit the payment by taking a photo of your credit card or entering the information manually.

I like this app only providing for one person account because each person has there own personal info in it. Even with family members doesn’t have to share on same account so that each family member has the respect for each other of not seeing their other family member info. Each to their own privacy.
Could be better
My whole family goes to the same dentist office. Would really like to have the option to add all my family members under one account. This app is only good for one person. Therefore I give it a one star rating. Will be uninstalling app have no use for it. Will just use my calendar app to keep track of appointments for my family.
Can someone help me with bill pay?? I have an iPhone 7 Plus and don’t see the option or drop down menu to pay my balance.
