My company is too small to sign up
After my initial search, I thought I found a service that would work well to pay my subcontractors. I went to their website and 'signed up' only to find out it would take 1-3 days to hear back!? So, I waited, only 1 day, and received a reply that I was too small of a company to have an account with them and was denied. I don't really have a problem with that, but why not be up front? Why not have it be automated that if I had less than their ideal number, that I'm not the right fit (1 to 5 subcontractors)... If I had known they only worked with larger companies, I wouldn't have bothered and would have moved onto another service. Instead, after I 'signed up', I continued to do research on Payable to make sure it will work for my needs. I was excited to get set up, only to be denied a day later. Anyway, to be honest, I never got to use their service, but was disappointed with how they handled new sign ups and wouldn't use them going forward. I'll find a better option.
Really hoping you guys are bringing an update soon. After 2-3 years of using the app and being satisfied I’m afraid I may need to look for another service. Over the last couple months I now have to log in every time I open the app. The big thing for me all along was how quick and easy the app was to use. To make matters worse, about 25% of the time I get booted while using the app just to have to log in again. Like I said, I’ve been really happy for years with this app and service but It still needs some work. Any plans for an update to fix these bug issues?
It works, but its kinda eh
My issues with it, started from day one. I input my bank number into the info and it constantly rejected the number, so I had to call my bank to get the whole number to use because its so picky. My main issue up to date is that the processing to even get the money is VERY long. I have to wait a week for it to process and almost another whole week just to have it put into my account.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
