Good idea (I can't stand carrying cash and anything I can do to avoid it is a good thing) but I find this app to look / feel amateurish and is generally inferior to the "ParkMobile" app in look / feel / function.

To echo some of the other comments below, the interface is not all that intuitive (most annoyingly one has to search for the "done" button - the emphasis / color is on "next" rather than "done" which is ridiculous). Having the ability to name cars / lots would be nice as well. I find having to manually enter "one day" for duration every time is kind of dumb - why doesn't it just default to a one day duration (which is what 99.9% of people will want as commuters) and for the odd situation where someone wants multiple days, let them take care of it / adjust at the confirmation screen (i.e. "I want to make a change" rather than "everything looks okay - process payment now")? It's a needless extra step that just wastes time and it's irksome.

This app could be pretty good if they cleaned up the interface, put some end-user thought into it and made it more intuitive. I suspect the structure / layout was developed by computer programmers and not graphics designers. It needs more basic sensibility. Make it as simple as possible from the point of view of the end user and it'll be a real asset!

The problem it solves for is convenient but the app it self is primitive

Obviously the entire service this company is providing through this App is super convenient. You basically avoid the need to carry coins/cash with you on a daily basis to pay for your daily parking fee. However, I get the sense that because the issue this app is solving for brings so much value to users as is, that the company doesn't really feel the need to make the App any more user friendly. The App it self is kind of primitive and clunky. I wish it had some more features on it like a reminder to pay for your parking space if you haven't paid yet for that day. The app also has a map which is useless and seems like an attempt to just give the app a bit more substance. If the map had the train stations in the area that they service and provided the location number - that would be pretty cool. Gave it a 2 star because I am rating the app, not the concept of the service.

Useful for Commuter Parking

I’m glad that I can pay for my parking spot from home before I’m even at the lot. However, its user experience needs some improvement.

I use the app for one particular lot, for a day’s worth of parking. The app remembers which lot I picked, but that seems to be about it. It would be nice to have a “do the exact same thing I did yesterday again today” button that would speed through the process.

Additionally, the “number of days” entry field requires me to (a) tap the field, (b) tap a number, and (c) tap the “Done” button to commit. At the least, it should be the same value I entered the last time. Ideally, this could be replaced by a static text field with an up + down button, since the number of taps will be reduced (especially if it remembers the entry from the previous sale).
