Description
Early payment discounts challenge sourcing and accounts payable to determine when a discount is in the best interest of the company. To address this, Cost & Capital Partners created its payment term discount calculator which determines whether a supplier's offer is financially beneficial to the buyer's organization. The business case depends on the size of the discount, the number of days the payment is accelerated and the buying organization's cost of capital.
