Frustrated and Confused
I was frustrated every day because I never could figure out the operation or benefits of this app. Hard to navigate. Hated the multiple times a day notifications on my phone to basically notify me of nothing. I’m confused as to what the concept was even supposed to be for this app. I wish I could at least say it had potential, but I don’t even feel comfortable with saying that.
While the daily updates were a good idea in theory, I was hoping for more helpful... I get frustrated when I follow the links for recipe ideas, but find I have to purchase them! So really no help at all. Even basic ideas that we didn't have to pay for would be great. Tips in the kitchen so we could make our own would be helpful. I was also hoping for more information or tools on the app itself. Not sure how much longer I'll keep this one...
Extremely valuable and effective resource
So well informed and thoughtfully presented by an understanding woman this information arriving each day fills an age old need for support for women whose only hope are lifestyle changes that our standard health is just not good at fostering. Brava Amy.
