And one more thing:

Graduate Student Review
This application is amazing. I'm a student in pursuit of a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and am considered a very tech-savvy individual. I've used many applications throughout my life and this one is by far one of the best I've found. It has an easy to use interface and allows for integration of a vast variety of different type of media files. The app links directly with any of your cloud-based storage services, such as Dropbox or Google Drive, and allows you to be able to move files from one to another, which I use to be able to maximize my space between the different services. The application also allows you view or listen to media files right in the app, draw on pdf files, send /share to others, and so much more. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is a student or has to use a variety of different media formats in their occupation.
Very worthwhile purchase. Totally recommend!
First off I would like to address all the complaints about customer service and business practices. I am a user of both the version 4 and have purchased this version. I have never had my computer company, nor anything else just had me a completely new version and the price this app is compared to the "freeware" the lower cost apps which have signature limits, this has complete freedom with no limits. I wrote customer service both complaining about software for 4 not working as well as for why I have to pay for 5 and got answers every time that addressed exactly why and what in clear, honest and respectful manner.
The day I transferred all my documents to the new version , very thing went smoothly. I sign documents on the fly all the time and this app makes professional, appearance as well as legal signatures ossicle.
Pretty good; somewhat problematic
This is an extremely great app for organizing PDFs. iCloud Drive support is fantastic and has had zero bugs. I am overwhelmed by the sheer number of services this one app will sync with, as well as the quality in production of every aspect of this app. I haven't experienced a single bug using it for over a month for 6-7 hours a day.
However, there is a feature that leaves a LOT to be desired, and that is highlighting/underlining. If I'm trying to highlight a document using the built-in tool, there are three outcomes: 1. It works perfectly, which only happens for documents that are PDF conversions of essentially RTF documents; 2. It doesn't work at all, which is the case of image PDFs; or 3. (Most commonly) it looks horrible.
The problem is that the built-in highlighting tool isn't very smart. It relies on the text layout of the PDF in order to decide what gets highlighted, and PDFs that include unusual characters or had their text interpreted by a program while scanning frequently have bad layouts.
I wouldn't hold this against PDF Expert except that I've seen it done much better. PDFPen, for instance, has a highlighting tool that can highlight image files or test PDFs equally well. Rather than highlighting character-by-character, it highlights based on text limits, resulting in a much more professional-looking highlight job.
Revise the highlighting feature and this app would be an easy 5 stars!
