PDF Expert allows you to markup documents with highlights and handwriting, insert text and stamps, sign and merge PDFs. Plus, PDF Expert is the best choice for filling out PDF forms on your iPad and iPhone.

Great PDF Reader/Editor
Love it! Finally deleted Adobe PDF on my iPhone with PDF Expert 6. Bought the in-app purchase of $9.99. Worth it just to support a good developer like Readdle!
Scam
I paid full price for this app so I could edit PDFs. Now the update removes what I paid for so they can charge extra for it.
The update removed PDF editing ability. The developer is doing their best to hide and lie about this money grab.
Syncing with Dropbox dramatically improved
Finally, what ever the app development team did fixed the horrible Dropbox syncing wait time drastically. Before in previous versions Dropbox would hang for 15-20 minutes before syncing. Not no more. Syncing works as it should. I have not experienced any issues with large files opening, the open fast and respond well. The in-app purchase is only if you want to modify the layout of your PDF. You can still annotate in this version like you were able to in prior versions. This in-app purchase from my understanding was actually going to be a separate app called PDF Office and only for iPad. My guess is they were able to develop it into PDF Expert and offer it to iPhone users as well. Anyways great app, keep up the work developers.
