PDF Merge X is your mobile editor for merging PDFs. Further you can add, delete, reorder, duplicate, and rotate pages in a PDF document.

This is not a free app, but a paid one. I do not mind paying for an app but don’t want to feel as if I need to be tricked into buying one.
Edit: Thanks for the response! I was in the market for a mobile pdf program, but instead decided it is easier for my file management to just continue to do so on my computer.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel tricked. The reason this app is free is to offer users the possibility to see if the feature set is what they are looking for. I tried to make people aware of it by stating this right at the beginning of the app store description page.
Developer takes care of business!
I felt the previous update had complicated the app with having to use different apps to merge from and to preview. I lowered my stars regarding the rating with a description. As promised, the developer streamlined the app with the latest update as he said he would in his email response to me. This app is once again the most convenient out there and it rocks! Way to go developer! 👍👊

Hi There! If you want to move documents you can do this directly inside PDF Modify or with the Files app. With PDF Modify 3 you no longer have to import any PDFs to the app. You can open and edit them from anywhere (directly from PDF Modify, the Files app, or any other app which is able to share PDFs).
For a preview of the document you can do a long press on the file thumbnail and then select "Preview" in the context menu. Or alternatively press "Select" and then choose the document. In an upcoming update I will add a dedicated Preview button in the edit view to make things easier.

Works great for business need
Did everything I needed pertaining to merging, splitting off, removing , and reorganizing PDFs into a full document. Pro version Is a one time app purchase fee $7 vs adobe which needs monthly subscription $10 and they have same main features. This Is a great value!
