Add option to change DPI of output PDF
Ratings and Reviews
Turns out to be of no use to me….
All the files I want to convert are scanned PDFs, mainly from the Internet Archive (in the cases where there was no DjVu option) or other places where there was no DjVu option at all.
The first few I tried, the app crashed because, according to the crash report, the resolution of the PDF was over the limit (72 dpi). I finally found one that started converting, and when it finally finished, there was no text—a few diagrams here and there that the app could apparently interpret as images. I can only assume that the app cannot handle scanned PDFs at all. It might have been nice to have mentioned that in the description before I bought it.
Works as advertised, and easy.
This product works pretty much exactly as advertised, text-searchability is preserved. It would be nice if there were output quality options so that we could make the djvu files smaller. It seems there's no other game in town for this service on OSX at present, so I'm glad somebody did it. Thanks.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
