Should save bank info
You cannot pay through app unless you type in bank information each time when you want to make a payment, the app should either save bank information when it is entered first time or fetch the one that is already available through online account. This is a basic functionality that is missing. I use the app only for payment as I don’t want to enroll in auto pay. Fix this and I’ll be happy.
Feature Rich, yet Face ID broken
I generally like the app, as it allows me to find a plethora of information rather easily. I've never experienced the issue with payment saving like others, which may be overcome by saving it using the website. However, enabling Touch ID on the iPhone X consistently causes the app to crash at login. I have to reinstall the app and manually enter a complex password everytime.
Puzzling user interface
Using this app requires solving puzzles. It took me too long to figure out how to program my smart thermostat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Put it under its own tab and provide some online help. I don’t use this app frequently so I’ll probably have forgotten how next time and have to solve the user interface puzzle all over again next time.
