Clunky and buggy app


My employer uses this app for secure communication. After a solid six months I’ve grown to dislike the user interface. Basic chat features like receiving a text communication are buggy at best - requiring exiting to a contact list and re entering the conversation to refresh, crashes if a conversation from another thread is received while entering a reply in another thread, frequent other random crashes and log outs, a phone based system that is pretty much unusable because of lag. It seems as though the focus was on providing a large number of half developed features rather than a smaller feature set that actually works. I gave it a second star because of my frequent need to call technical support I’ve been able to reach a helpful human being and there is value in that. Overall the app gets a solid C-minus. Tech support gets an A-minus.

I have found is my colleagues unwillingness to use the app and give it good information.
Like all thing garbage in, garbage out. Same in this case. The hippa compliance solves so many issues and gives me as IT professional peace of mind.
Give it good info and the system will uncomplicated your life.
