Mood Charting just got personal. Personal Mood Chart Journal is an app for tracking your health such as bipolar, depression, anxiety, sleep, and more. For example our flexible tool allows you to track multiple moods in a day. Bar-Graphs, Line-Graphs, Text Summary, and Visual Chart Reporting Capability.

Other features include Reminders and full calendar view of days you have tracked at least one item.

High learning curve, but good app

I took a chance on this app since it is the only mood symptom charting tool I could find. The app is not very intuitive and you have to play hit or miss to understand how to track your symptoms.

However, once you understand the UI, the charting tools a very good, and the chart reporting is excellent. There is even a print/export option.

Stick with it and you won't be disappointed.

Very versatile!

This is the best app I have found for following a number of health variables. You have the opportunity to custom make what is important to you to follow. Many such apps just follow "mood" like its a single thing. This app allows you to follow separate components of your mood and health and what's most important is that it lets you choose.

Need's a lot of bug fixes

I like the concept. It has everything I would want in a mood tracking app. The problem is that it doesn't work correctly. The charts do not show up correctly and it really needs some TLC. This has the potential to be a great app.

To the developers:
If you are going to design and then sell an app, you should really keep it up to date and at least try to correct the issues.
