4 Weeks to 1 Mile Training Program:
Designed for beginners, this program starts out slow, mostly walking, and gradually increases the intensity until you’re running 1 mile without any breaks. Each week consists of 3 days of training, each with a warm-up & cool-down period for a total of 20 minutes each day.

8 Weeks to 5K Training Program:
Easier and more effective than other 5K programs you'll find, this program consists of running and walking intervals that gradually increase in intensity until you’re running 5km without any breaks by the end of the program. There are 3 training days per week, each lasting 30-40 minutes.

8 Weeks to 10K Training Program:
This 8 week program consists of interval workouts, tempo runs and long runs. There are 4 training days per week ranging in length from 30 to 70 minutes. It is designed for runners who can already run 3 miles.

10 Weeks to Half-Marathon Training Program:
This program is designed for runners already capable of running 3-6 miles and who are ready to move on to longer distances. Three workout days per week develop your speed, endurance and pace and will have you running a comfortable half-marathon in just 10 weeks.

16 Weeks to Marathon Training Program:
This 16 week program consists of 3-4 training days per week and is designed for runners already capable of running 6-10 miles. Some workouts focus on speed, others endurance, others pace, and have the cumulative effect of preparing you to run 26.2 miles by the end of the program.

Love love love this app!

Using this app, I went from not being able to run for 30 seconds straight without getting tired and hating running to running for 30 minutes straight and completing my first 5k (2.5 miles) without resting! This probably took me around 2 months, and wow that's such an improvement! I feel better, I look better, and boy does this work. They key to making this app work for you is consistency! You can't expect to improve without putting in a little effort each day! Also, this is so important: run when it's comfortable outside! You're more likely to quit if you run and it's hot and you have the sun beating down so run when it's cool and remember to hydrate! Also: go at your own pace! I can't stress this enough! When you start this app, try a slow jogging pace instead of pushing yourself to run fast! The more comfortable you are the more likely you will stick with it! As for the specs, I like the little motivational speaker that tells you to keep going and the design is well organized. I think it's be cool to get daily motivational quotes not just reminders to run. I love this app!

The right training app, and easy to use.

I've noticed significant improvements since I started using the app. I can run without resting, and I do not get atigued. In fact, I actually feel better, lighter, and high spirited. I have been using the app for only six weeks and all these changes are taking place. My strategy has been to try, as much as possible, to be disciplined and to keep time before I commence my lessons eadh day. Mostly, I start with what I can manage for the day before moving to more demanding exercises. When you feel so low, try listening to the motivational speaker feature, it comes handy. The app will coordinate your entire health information and provide you with an up to date analysis of your medical condition, which is helpful. Look at it this way: you have a personal trainer that is useul and fits in your pocket. How convenient!

Keep a keen eye on your progress and statistics each day. They are crucial in determining your progress. Five stars from me

Where has this app been all my life??

As a person who took a long, long time getting into the swing of running and working out in general, I wish that this app had been in my life years ago. It's like having a personal coach in your pocket, letting you know how to condition yourself step by step until you become an accomplished runner. This app works seamlessly, allowing easy access to your music playlist from inside the app while running. You get to choose your own goals, map your progress, and gain real insight on how to effectively work out. The small in app purchases are definitely worth it if you're serious about improving your running capabilities, and having a good time while doing so. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to get into running, or even experienced runners who want a fun way to work towards new goals. Check it out!
