Description

The Pesticide Recordkeeping App, or “PeRK”, is developed by the University of Nebraska-Extension Pesticide Safety Education Program. PeRK provides an easy, step-by-step data entry process to enter pesticide application data and meets all Nebraska recordkeeping laws for private and commercial/noncommercial pesticide applicators. Location is found by GPS or manually entered. Records are saved within the app and can be exported via email.

Customer Reviews

Nice app

Improved from 2014 nice reports easy to use. Only one thing I would like to see changed in reports on total used, show decimal point at least two, I use up to three current report rounds number off. Thanks

Why?

Why is it rounding up my rate on record? The rate rounds up at 1.5 to 2, and my total product rounds up at 1.6 to 2. Also they round down below those decimals. Why is it rounding anything?

For ag/turf applications

This app has all the right bones, but was developed for farm or turf spraying. The units only allow for area-based rates. I treat landscape ornamentals, so it would be great to have the option for a "per gallon" rate. Also, the automatic rounding off can make records inaccurate. Legally, there's a huge difference between 1.5 and 2 ounces per gallon or what have you. The work around is list all the correct info in the Notes section of the record, but that is cumbersome.
