Happy single mother banker

I was tagged into this bank maybe 12 years ago when my stepfather who recently just passed a month ago was a fireman for the city of Philadelphia I was always grateful he was able to get me my mother and my siblings into this bank back then because it is been very beneficial and helpful and helps me save what little I always could have being so independent all through my 20s and even at times when I had little to no funds my bank accounts were never closed. I really appreciate the security measures that your bank takes however? A month after the Covid started and my son was born I accidentally signed my signature a little too much down on the check for the mobile check deposit and it was bounced I would’ve appreciated a phone call before hand because like I said it was hard because I had little to no money being a single mom I wasn’t working because of Covid and it was slightly embarrassing asking the person who gifted the check to me and my son for his birth to have another check sent again because of that issue. Other than that I am always very pleased with this bank I just wish the customer support was open a little bit later if it couldn’t be 24 hours

Non Responsive

In the beginning when we first down loaded the app it worked very well. Then it logged us out after about a month in a half. First we called they (PFFCU) could not help us so they suggested that we go into one of there branches and we did, so once we got there they started that they could see that we have a mobile account. After awhile went by of them trying to help us we were told that we would have to call the 1-800 number again. Back a forth we went! Back to another brand. Still no help we have no way of seeing our transition through out our account and they have not helped us!!! They only get one star from me because of the lack of professionalism.

Great app

The app is friendly but it hard to add the service where you can transfer between several accounts. Plus I don’t like that you have to go in the branch for fees. You should be able to do it over the phone as well because they do the same verification that the credit union do inside. But overall I love my credit union and the services they provide and allow the community to have a chance to have a bank account for all people. That’s the real diversity and it allow more to banker to understand the true life and service to banking compared to those commercial bank that rips you off.
