LANGUAGE

Phonto supports only English (US), Chinese and Japanese, so when the priority of Chinese (or Japanese) in your setting was higher than English, Phonto would be launched as Chinese (or Japanese) mode.
To solve this problem…
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Choose 'English' in 'General' > 'Language & Region' > 'iPhone Language'.
3. Turn back your 'iPhone Language' to your favorite language.

HOW TO INSTALL FONTS

Using iTunes, you can copy font files between your computer and Phonto on your iOS device.
1. Select your iOS device from the Devices section of iTunes.
2. Click the Apps tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Select "Phonto" in the "File Sharing" section.
4. Drag and drop .ttf or .otf font files into "Documents".
5. Restart Phonto.

Layers!!! We need some layers!
I love this app! I've been using it for around 3 years and it's still my go-to font app. I've bought most of the features (3D test, erasing text) and I don't regret it one bit!
But I do find something lacking in this app and that would be layers. Most people may think that they don't need layers but there are some people who do need it and I'm one of those very few; I work on a lot of typography projects and they're mostly portraits of people or characters and since my desktop is broken I can't work on my typography projects on photoshop.... I plan on getting a new one but till then I struggle using my iPad to get some creativity work done. I use Phonto in tons of schoolwork, like magazine designing and even playbill designing. It can do most of the things I want but I really really want a layers section but they don't have it.
Even if it might be a paid feature some day I'll be willing to buy it so please developers of Phonto, please add a layers section
This photo app is unlike any other
This app lets you add text over your photos, alongside filters and alterations.
It has easy-to-use features, and provides you with countless options of beautiful text and ways to edit the text.
I personally struggled with finding an app that doesn't have a character cap, meaning I must have tried 6 different apps that would only allow me 50 characters per photo. This app has no cap on the number of characters you can use, and I'm just blown away at the quality.
My husband's brother recently passed at the age of 21, and I've been desperately trying to create keepsakes for him to display wherever he may need them, and I wanted to create a beautiful canvas print with a quote his brother would always use when talking to him. So this app truly has made my job just that much easier. Truly worth the download, I still can't believe it's free.

I've used Phonto for years now and it is the BEST app I've ever used!
I use it for everything from creating my business ads, to logos, to adding a sticker and text to my family pictures for social media, to the occasional meme.
It is extremely user friendly, but without compromising features.
It comes with a wide variety of versatile fonts, which you can add your own to. The color schemes and text effects are also many and customizable. The preset image sizes are usefully labeled and purposed (for example, Facebook Cover size, etc).
I've used most apps out there in similar categories, but Phonto is BY FAR the best there is! It's free, promises to do what it does (AND MORE), doesn't need you to purchase every single feature you need, and ads don't interrupt your creativity! It leaves little to be desired!
