Great App For Losing Weight!
I love this app, A few years ago I lost 30lbs in about 3 months just by taking pictures of my food. The rule was, I can eat whatever I wanted as long as I took a picture of it. You would be surprised what you eat if you are not thinking about it. When I was doing it though it was not as simple as this app. With this app it just takes 5 sec to take a pic & it keeps everything neatly organized. The only thing I would wish with this app is more social capabilities would love to see what others are eating & encourage them.
Great app. Photo function easy. Wish I could add notes later for missed meals or snacks when I didn't have my phone with me.
LOVE this app!
