Best tech support/customer service ever!!
Let me begin by stating up front that I am a Luddite. I know Nothing about tech stuff and am easily frustrated by the simplest of tasks.
I got this app to help bridge a gap that appeared when I rebelled against various Apple iOS updates and then my phone wouldn't cooperate with the blinky. I needed to transfer LOTS of pictures from iPhone to iMac, before risking their loss during the upgrade. iPhoto crashed dozens of times until I gave up on it.
This app has done the job!!
It wasn't easy, but that's because of me. When I couldn't figure it out, I pinged the creator. WOW! Amazing response. Immediate help. Ongoing help, as I slowly figured out to use my own devices.
Such patience, and kindness. Answered every question. Made it all work, without making me feel like a total moron.
Probably most of you can DL this app and push "go" and be done. It works!
But if you're intimidated, stubborn or scattered like me, then you'll Really appreciate the guy behind this app.
I wish all companies gave this much care and attention to customers. The world would be a different place.
Thank you for solving my problems and being so prompt and patient with me.
Great app, great service! What's not to like?!
Send images from your iOS device to your Time Capsule!
Now I can transfer images from either my iPhone or iPad to my Time Capsule as long as it is on my network regardless of whether my iMac booted up. Really nice considering my work habits. I did need to rollback from Time Capsule update 7.6.3 to 7.6.1. But in doing so my overall Time Capsule transfer rate increased from 270 Mb/s to 450 Mb/s.
App doesn't work
App does not connect to time capsule no matter what I do. I even changed the TC set up. Always returns an error that the user and pass are incorrect. I have the latest brand new 3TB time capsule. I did manage to connect to my MAC. App does not allow viewing of pictures on the MAC. It only wants to transfer files from my camera roll to the mac. I want to do the exact opposite. I actually would like to view the pictures on the TC and also download some of them to my camera roll as I see fit. Other than not working the app is fine.
