Ratings and Reviews
While there seem to be various options available, they aren’t utilized/functioning. The Fitbit sync doesn’t actually transfer data anywhere so it seems unless you where their HR band or start a workout separately in their app, the workout isn’t tracked. Your check in dates don’t show up in profile under the “Check in” section but are found if you go to your perks and history. App freezes when trying to register for classes and seems to require logging in almost daily. Just seems like streamlining some of the functionality is much needed.
Seems like the new app has taken some steps backwards. Seems to crash a lot. Some screens there is no way to go back so you have to close out of the app completely. The cherry on top is that is 2019 and there is no Apple Watch support. When 90% of the wearables in the gym are apple watches you would think they would have support for that. What a shame. Glad I got a barcode for my keychain since there seems to be no use for the app anymore.
Clumsy and awkward
I’m all for new things. But the new app makes it more difficult to track your workouts. The old app synced with Apple Watch and automatically uploaded your info. The new app won’t connect to any other apps as the old one did. You have to manually input everything. But for the greedy owners, it has made it easier to pay your bill...
