Piezo makes it a snap to record audio on your Mac. With just a few clicks, you can record audio from almost any application, or from audio input devices like microphones. Piezo's great for recording from VoIP applications like Skype and iChat as well. Save conversations or interviews for podcasts.
Piezo requires almost no configuration, and it's a blast to use!

Several minor bug fixes
WAS killer app UNTIL update ruined it. Bad move by great Developers
I used this app constantly to record from Safari. The latest update eliminated that functionality. Issueing updates that completely kill functionality is f%$^Ing BS.
Kudos to the developer for emailing me back and telling me it won't work with Safari. I understand that it MAY be an Apple thing, but if avoiding the update will KEEP the functionality, then tell me so I don't update your software. I love supporting developers by paying for apps so they will continue to make killer software for me use on my many devices. Just don't screw me and take away functionality.
App works fine with Firefox.
Logo is untrue. You can NOT "Save audio from any application on your Mac!"
If you want to record from a specific app, find out if it is supported by this software first. If it is, then this app works fine and is worth the money.
Real Simple. Song Writers Sketch Pad
I just want something I can click on and record. Garage Band too many settings for prep. Logic Pro great but too complicated for a quick inspiration. This app is fast and easy when the guitar is in your hand and you have a quick idea. Just buy it.
Very easy to use.
This app does exactly what I need it to do (record the audio from Skype conversations) very easily and very well. I highly recommend it for that purpose. It even stops and starts automatically!
