Margrette began her Pilates training at the age of twelve with Marie Jose Blom-Lawrence in Long Beach. The Pilates technique allowed Margrette to successfully battle an early case of scoliosis.

Margrette earned her Pilates Certificates in both Mat Pilates and is also a graduate of the Long Beach Dance Conditioning Certification Program, Advances in Pilates Technique for Apparatus 2002.

I really like the way she is easy to follow. I was looking for a video to show me how to do pilates exercises that would be effective with no injury. This is exactly what I need!

Not a workout at all


It's not a workout at all. It's short 2 minutes videos which are not workouts!

Pilates made simple!


I do Pilates once a week with an instructor and now I can use this app to follow up at home. The reason I like this app is that I can choose the exercises that I want to do or that I have time for. Each exercise is presented in a short video clip (so I don't have to do the whole workout!). The instructor reminds me of body position and gives tips to modify an exercise. It's easy to follow along and do. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who does Pilates now or wants to try Pilates for the first time.
