Ratings and Reviews
I hated the verification process because it required some very personal things like sending a copy of drivers license, utility bill, and a selfie. At first I thought it might be a scam, then I asked a friend who’d been using it and she told me it was legit. If I didn’t know someone already using it, I wouldn’t have gone through with it. I think that process needs to be changed and included in the process of signing up. I only found out I needed these after I tried to make a transaction.
I’ve used it 3 times now without any issues. I like it so far.
I do hope the rates get better (isn’t too bad anyways). But for small amounts and the convenience, I’ll keep using it. Proud of the creator.
Horrible customer service
Whoever created this app should it thought about hiring at least some people with customer skills or at least people who can speak clearly English. I saw reviews about the verification part. I don’t mind do any verification but these people told me that they will verify my account within 24 hours so I waited and waited, at day 4 I called back and they were very unprofessional and rude. They hangout on me when I only asked how much longer for the verification. They didn’t asked me for any documentation. If there is a rate that I can put minus zero stars I will but unfortunately there is none. ALERT THIS IS A SCAM
Worst Customer Service ever!!!
The app has been efficient so far but to run a business with employees who feel entitled and talk to you as though they’re doing you a favor is despicable. I had called in once to sort out issues with the verification process and the representative who attended to me was so rude that someone else had to take over that call. I’m still shocked that consumer protection hasn’t come for them yet. The company needs invest in customer service training- for the sake of the future of this business.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
