Information Lost Forever

I've been using the app since 2012 no problem. It was accurate and easy to use. I even recommended to friends and family. A bit ago my sister was telling me that her phone did a random reboot and lost all her apps and stuff. She tried getting back into pink pad and couldn't. She said she lost all her tracking info. I just chalked it up to she was using the wrong password or something. I recently had to change my phone and lost all my apps, so I had to re-download them again (another story). I wanted to see where I was in my cycle and tried logging back into pink pad and it wouldn't let me. I know my email address so I clicked on forgot my password to try to reset it because maybe I forgot my password... nope! It keeps telling me they don't have a user with that email address. I tried logging in with Facebook in the very off chance that I logged in that way... nope! App support just brings you to a page of useless FAQs. I also noticed that the logo looks different than what I had, so I downloaded the one with the new logo to see if it changed or something... nope!!! To top it off I've seen a lot of people saying the same thing has happened to them. So just like that about 5 years of history gone. Please don't use this app. The app is good, but not worth the risk.

Honest is ruining this app

I have used this app for 6 years, and it's a great app, but I REALLY don't like the Honest Company tie in. I started getting annoying ads that pop up every time I open the app today. I can't remember for sure because I've had the app for SO long, but I think I paid for it at some point, and I kind of resent getting ads so frequently as a result. I can understand some ads but please not every single time I open the app. Also, there is an issue with adding notes or editing notes when I'm on the day view of the calendar. I have to scroll to the bottom (even though I'm already seeing every option on the page) in order to add a note. Otherwise, I tap and tap and tap, and it won't open. I also don't like that when I'm looking at the calendar from years past and click on something then go back to the calendar, it takes me back to the current day instead of back to the point I was looking at.

Do you realize that not everyone wants to have babies? I paid for this app years ago and am starting to regret it. How much louder do I need to shout from rooftops that my bf has a vasectomy, that having a vagina doesn't equal wanting to be a parent? And that this honest ad that I am completely bombarded with is completely irrelevant to my life and severely irritating? I'm glad that you all fixed the bad notes bug that I was dealing with. But that's not much better with being bombarded with constant irrelevant ads.
