What's New in Version 7.1.0
Clobbered lots of bugs, including the ability to edit your journal notes, ability to have two decimal places with weight and BBT, and fixed Calendar Months issue.
Used this for years, love it!
I have used Pink Pad since 2011 and love it! I am so forgetful when it comes to tracking my cycle, but it is so easy to open the app and make quick notes. It sure makes answering "when was the first day of your last menstrual cycle?" much easier at Dr appointments. Haha! I also appreciate the ovulation estimate and the ability to change your average cycle length (my cycle is generally 40ish days).
I have had to re-install the app a couple of times and the backups work great now. BUT you HAVE to be sure you create an account AND BACK UP YOUR INFO BEFORE DELETING THE APP! It's easy to find/do in the settings.
The new app design can be glitchy at times, like when you want to enter a journal entry for a day you have to tap the icon a billion times before it opens the journal note. But they are constantly improving it and I still love it.
Great app but a little glitchy
I love the options and features for the calendar. You can show your cycle day and even the moon phases. It displays your most fertile days with purple and a flower. You can set reminders for your period and ovulation. There are lots of symptom and fertility signs you can track. I really like how the calendar and forum are built in together. I love the forum! I do get some glitches though. Sometimes I can't add a note because it won't click or I get stuck on a forum page and can't go back. The most recent one was not being able to scroll down at all on a post. I'm sure these will be fixed in time. All together I highly recommend this app. I've tried 3 other period tracking apps and this is by far the best. Plus it's free with all the features!
Best period tracker on the App Store
I have been using Pink Pad for years and I love it! It lets me track everything I need and has a very easy to use interface. My favorite feature is the setting which lets you choose the number of cycles used to average your cycle length and predict the start of your next period. My cycle is pretty regular but does tend to change in length throughout the year, so I like that I can shorten the number of cycles averaged in order to get more accurate predictions. I have never posted in the forums, but I like that there is a community which I can go to if I need the support of other women. I've tried tracking apps, most notably Clue, and while I liked Clue's interface and the greater variety of tracking options, I always end up coming back to Pink Pad.
