What's New

Version 7.4.1

This update fixes the issue where if you previously had a three digit passcode or one that had decimals in it, you weren't able to get in. We also fixed the issue around the mood picker where some of the emoji's were off the screen on smaller devices.

We don't like bugs, and these were big ones, so we squished them as quickly as we could.

Right now, one star is generous

I was forced to switch from the previous pink pad app to the new one - and NONE OF MY YEARS OF INFORMATION TRANSFERRED. NONE OF IT. I did not want the newer app. I wanted to keep the old one but it JUST STOPPED WORKING and forced me to switch. So I did, and now that I see that YEARS of tracking are gone I want to cry. That information was incredibly useful for my cycles and understanding why I was having certain issues and symptoms. I never would have started with Pink Pad had I known I would eventually have lost YEARS worth of vital information. This is beyond frustrating, and the new version of the app is TERRIBLE. Its not as user friendly as the previous version. A friend was forced to "upgrade" hers as well last year and she has had nothing good to say about it either. Since mine never forced me to change I thought I was in the clear. UNTIL NOW. I may as well delete the app entirely considering none of my history transferred. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

UPDATE: I have since deleted the app and have started using the ❤️Life❤️ app. Fortunately for me, in anticipation of Pink Pad screwing with the previous version, I had taken screen shots of my cycle lengths back in January so I at least have that - which I had forgotten about until going through my pics. But even still, thats the only info I was able to retain and transferred it to the new app Ive chosen. Which is much more user friendly.

Inaccurate description

I used this app for about a year and for the most part was happy. Recently my health has changed and I *need* to have all of my data available in one place, so I turned on the sync option with the Apple Health App. This is indicated in the app description as being a feature, however it doesn’t sync.
I contacted the developer support to troubleshoot this and was told that there is an issue with the app and it needs an update to be fixed. The last update on this app was 2 MONTHS ago. App support couldn’t tell me when this would be resolved but it doesn’t appear to be a huge concern for them to fix.
The data export feature is not conducive for compiling in any measurable way (its only a list of every day you’ve logged something) and it’s now cost me several hours of manually updating another app to transfer this information. Enormous waste of time and no sense of empathy or urgency from the developer.
They won’t even update the description to remove the feature that doesn’t work. I’ve deleted the app and will not be returning.

Not Allowed to Use App

I used pink pad for 2 years, and it was a great experience. Super simple, easy tracking. However, I just got a new phone so I go to redownload the app and I am told I must be 18 years or older to utilize the app. I am 17, and I have been using this app since I was 15 and it made expecting my period super easy. I loved it so much. Why exclude people from this app? I got my period when I was 10 and trust me an app like this could help out a lot of teens like myself. Y’all know people under 18 get their periods? And are sexually active? The age requirement is honestly a waste and could be adjusted quite a bit.
