My wife and I use this app several times a month and we have not been disappointed with its many features.
I have deposited my checks using this app for about 4&1/2 years now. Not once has there been a single error from their end. They have fixed the amount that I have put in incorrectly several times after I submit the check for approval. The error fix has actually always been my favor, surprisingly.
I have also transferred money from my savings into my checking, and never had any trouble with it. And vice-versa.
Admitting Defeat—The App Wins
Recently got a new phone. When I re-downloaded the app, it told me I had to re-enroll. I tried several times but continued to receive an error message about the “device ID.” Through sheer stubbornness, I managed to re-enroll, but only after I had wiped everything and begun from scratch again. Then I attempted to mobile deposit a check—the whole reason I bothered with this apparently useless application in the first place—and the request for the picture of the front or back of the check (depending on which I took first) timed out again and again. I finally decided I’d rather give up this ridiculous crusade than my evening, so my check remains undeposited.
Touch ID doesn't work
Overall this is a great app! All the improvements over the years has been really nice. The only thing that's been disappointing is Touch ID hasn't been working for almost a month now.
